This article describes an intelligent management system used for ship operation and maintenance, which implements the intelligent integration management between ship and shore. The system has its operating system interface designed based on c# .Net language, and its 3D modeling of the hull, equipment and piping based on Solid works. It develops the features such as explosion view and roaming based on Solid works Composer; and stores, manages and analyzes the consumption and inventory of spare parts, materials and oil during the ship operation based on SQL Server database and Access database language. Communication protocol MODBUS-TCP is used to realize data transmission between ship's hardware and the system, and the maritime satellite (when the ship sails at ocean) or 3G/4G network (when the ship receives 3G/4G signal) is used to realize ship-based and shore-based real-time communication. When the alarm signal is sent out, the user can observe the alarm position and alarm content directly on the 3D model and obtain an effective solution. The system real-timely records ship¡¯s operation data at more than 1000 signal point. It generates a trend graph according to the data received to predict equipment operating conditions and gives an early warning. The system can transmit important parameters of real-time ship operation to the shore base which provides reliable operation information for the ship-owner. At the same time, the real-time parameters also send to equipment manufacturers to keep them aware of the real-time device operating situation. The system is highly intelligent, three dimensional visualized and stable.
