The purpose of this paper is to improve the operational efficiency of ship coating workshop and to carry out research on the intelligent production of ship coating workshop. According to the study on an operational, energy-efficient and intelligent ship coating production line, it tries to effectively solve the problems of low level of intelligent informationization, high manual management cost, low operating efficiency and low energy utilization rate in the existing coating production line. It also studies the intelligent management of intelligent coating equipment technology and coating production line, including intelligent control scheme of sandblasting system feeding, intelligent control of intelligent recycling system, wireless control technology and application of centralized control system. The paper forms a reproducible and scalable intelligent ship coating production line based on the study in order to realize the intelligent production of the ship coating workshop, which improves the production efficiency and saves the production cost.
