LNG HP supply system solves the problem of fuel storage, gasification, and heating of ships using LNG as a fuel. It has improved the efficiency of 2-stroke low-speed diesel engine and saves energy. However, HP supply system equipment requires complex manufacturing processes and high control accuracy. This paper proposes a dual-loop control method. The outer loop adopts NG flow control signals and the inner loop uses LNG pressure feedback control signals to perform auxiliary control and regulation. When the load changes, the method improves the control accuracy, reduces the volume of the buffer tank and the vented gas fuel simultaneously.
