The cavitation on the propeller and rudder under the interaction of hull-propeller-rudder system is complex. Not only the geometry but also the flow features are of a multi-scale characteristic. So it is a challenge in the design procedure to simulate such a flow. Even in the scientific community, to model such a flow is of great interests. In this document, we describe and provide a numeric method and a modeling strategy to simulate such a flow. Numerical test is carried out for a container ship, of which a model test has been conducted previously. Cavitation patterns have compared with the experiment measurement, and validations for the pressure fluctuations at some probes are implemented.
