Mooring Hawser is nautical term for a cable/rope used in mooring a ship. The simulation based fatigue analysis will be applied to predict the Mooring Hawser¡¯s Lifetime. As the object of the simulation based fatigue analysis is Tuban Fuel Terminal¡¯s is SPM 150000dwt and its Mooring Hawser. The main material properties of Mooring Hawser in this study is Nylon with outside Diameter = 0.144 meters, Mooring Hawser¡¯s Length = 55 meters. The result of simulation is Cyclic-Stresses. Mooring Hawser¡¯s predicted life time using Palmgren-Miner Formula.= 3197.384642 Hours or 4.440812003 Months of Effective Berthing Time.
