With complexification of floating production offshore units such as FPSOs and FSRUs, traditional methodologies to manage an asset are becoming inefficient. Inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR) are generating high OPEX costs and operational constraints, weighing heavily on offshore projects economics. Thus, new solutions for operational management of units need to be implemented in order to optimize maintenance programs, such as optimization of IRM based on risk or digitalization of management systems (big data, digital twins...) which need to be integrated in asset integrity management systems and linked to other unit management systems.
