This presentation will examine cyber threats confronting the adoption of more intelligent shipping. Particular attention will be paid to the categories of cyber attackers and the range of plausible impact scenarios.The readiness of the maritime industry to address these challenges will be assessed including the very nature ofthese threats, industry complexities, and budgetary or operational constraints, etc.
